Re: Show players name based on score in domo summary number
If you use the limit rows property and set it to 3 and then sort by point descending, you can use the LISTAGG() function to list them in a summary number in order.
LISTAGG(playername)
to show the name and the score you try:
LISTAGG(CONCAT(playername,' | ', score))
Re: Is there a way in Domo to show/hide columns in a table type of card ?
there is not currently a way in a table card to allow the end user to conditionally hide columns. You could use PDP to hide values if you need to hide sensitive information.
Day on Day Change Issue
Hi,
I am trying to calculate the day on day changes of campaign activities (i.e. Sends, Receipts). The problem experienced is restricting the unique counts to one day because the code I've been using includes some records of the previous day. Depending on the time of viewing the domo cards, it takes the record of 24hrs from the time of viewing (which is not necessarily 24 hrs of the entire day). I've been using date_format, specifically:
(COUNT(DISTINCT
CASE
WHEN DATE_FORMAT(`campaign_schedule_date_local`, '%Y%m%d') = DATE_FORMAT(DATE_SUB(CURDATE('%Y%m%d'), INTERVAL 0 Day),'%y%m%d') AND `media_booking_type` <> 'Sample' AND (`campaign_status` = 'Scheduled' OR `campaign_status` = 'Sent')
THEN `campaign_id`
END))
I want to see if using time_format is able to restrict the timeframe for representing daily changes to the exact day (i.e. Up until 23:59:59) but have not been able to see any values return from the code when changing from date_format to time_format. Could you please advise?
Any help is appreciated. Cheers

Re: Creating an "unassigned" row for gantt chart visualization
I would suggest keeping your data in your original format and then building out your unassigned dates by using the rank and window tile and a formula tile. I did it by doing the following:
- Connect your original dataset to a rank and window tile and then create a column called Last End Date and choose the Lag function using the End Date column with an offset of 1. Order by the start ascending and partition on the resource name
- Add a formula tile next and create 3 columns that look like this
This will result in an output like this:
You can then filter to unassigned equal 1 and overwrite your assignment name column to unassigned and then append to your original dataset using the unassigned start and end dates as your start and end dates.
Hope that makes sense.
Re: How to find number of data sources and magic ETL used in Dataset
You should look at the Domo Governance / Domo Stats datasets that are available in the app store. Search the app store for Governance or Stats and you will see the different datasets that are available to you. They provide a lot of this information for you as well as some pre-built cards. You can then tweak the cards if you are needing something slightly different.
Re: Is there a strategy to manage data that would allow 2 owners?
Yes. when you are in the data center and the datasets page, you can hover over the top left corner of a dataset and it will expose a checkmark. You can then select multiple dataset and then click the person with the plus sign in the top right and it will allow you to set the co-owners.
Re: Is there a strategy to manage data that would allow 2 owners?
If they aren't willing to give you full admin rights, you can have your organization look into custom roles, which gives you more granular control over which rights you do have. You can read more about it in this KB article.

Re: Can I take the Data Specialist certification with only a little experience outside of the training?
You should be able to use the Dataset Copy Connector to copy datasets between instances. For dataflows, it will be slightly more manual, but when you are editing an ETL, you can select all the tiles in the ETL and then choose Copy to Clipboard and then paste them into an empty ETL in your production instance and then just re-associate the input and output datasets.
For full dev to prod functionality, Domo offers their Sandbox, but it is a premium feature and costs $$.

Happy to help. If you can like and mark as accepted any answers that you found helpful, that will help others in the community.
Re: Is there a strategy to manage data that would allow 2 owners?
Yes, you can have co-owners. In the data center, if you click on the dataset and then click on the 3 dots in the top right and choose Share Data. You can add people and choose co-owner as an option.
