You're correct in that they're not available in Beast Mode Manager and the two DomoStats datasets don't give you additional information about the variables other than the name and where it's being used. It doesn't have the actual values defined for each variable. I'd recommend adding an enhancement request to the idea exchange to get more information or details about variables into DomoStats.

In the Chart Properties - General, you can enter a value in "Maximum Slices Before Other" and that will limit. Make sure you also have your sales metric in the sorting properties and set to descending.

Since they are all their own beast mode that is why the drill won't work since you are trying to drill on a calculation. Try doing the mega table like Mark mentioned or using a Pivot table, the pivot table won't have the heatmap options though but you might be able to use color rules.

You can also use a LIKE statement and use wildcard matching depending on what your data looks like. As an example, here is what the first few rows would look like as a CASE statement.

CASE

WHEN TRIM(UPPER(prescribingfacility)) LIKE '%BISCAYANE%' THEN 'MIAMi-DADE COUNTY'

WHEN TRIM(UPPER(prescribingfacility)) LIKE '%SOUTH BEACH%' THEN 'MIAMi-DADE COUNTY'

WHEN TRIM(UPPER(prescribingfacility)) LIKE '%JACKSONVILLE%' THEN 'CENTRAL FLORIDA'

WHEN TRIM(UPPER(prescribingfacility)) LIKE '%BROWARD%' THEN 'BROWARD COUNTY'
…

END

Using the % sign on both sides will allow it to search for that phrase in the string. You can remove the % sign at the beginning if you want to ensure that it only starts with that phrase. This would eliminate your apostrophe issue.

Just another option to consider.

You might need to define closely match. The first thing I would try would be to use the TRIM() and LOWER() functions on both addresses to remove any hidden spaces and eliminate any case sensitivity issues.

@chetan_cricut here is what @GrantSmith is suggesting.

From the list of charts, choose Gauges and select Multi-value Columns chart.

In the date range select Previous and Last 4 Days

Create a beast mode called "Last 3 Days" that looks like this:

CASE when date >= DATE_SUB(CURRENT_DATE(), INTERVAL 3 DAY) THEN confirmed_total END

You will need to swap out the date field and the confirmed_total field with the date field in your dataset and the value field that you want to total

Create another beast mode called "Last 4 Days" that looks like this:

CASE when date >= DATE_SUB(CURRENT_DATE(), INTERVAL 4 DAY) THEN confirmed_total END

You will need to swap out the date field and the confirmed_total field with the date field in your dataset and the value field that you want to total

Drag the Last 3 Days field in the Gauge Value field and choose an aggregation type of Sum.

Drag the Last 4 Days field in the Comparison Value field and choose an aggregation type of Sum.

You can then use the Chart Properties to change the look and what values you want displayed.
