Exclude a category from legend in vertical bar chart

I am trying to exclude a category from the legend in the bar chart while still keeping the values in place. 

 

Some context: I am building an hourly chart down to the minute and have set up beastmodes to color code periods in the event based on time. There is "pre-event" one color and "event" another color. Outside of the event is gray. I want to exclude this from the legend while keeping it gray in the chart. 

 

Is this possible?

    Not exactally sure I understand, but I don't think there is a way to hide items in the legend that are still available in the card (not filtered out).

    Hey @nicola!

     

    Unfortunately, excluding values from the Series/Legend while maintaining them in the visualization is not currently supported ?

    I suggest we submit feedback for this one, you can do so by heading to the main menu in Domo under the 'Feedback' button, sharing your use case with our Product Team.
