How to change which workbench process updates the dataset

We are changing the person who maintains a Domo Dataset update from workbench. 

They have created a job on their instance of workbench connecting the source csv file to replace the data in the Domo dataset.

I have turned off the domo update service on my pc to make sure there are no file or process locks on the Dataset.

When the other person runs the workbench job, it appears to work, but the dataset is not updated.

Any ideas what we are doing wrong?
