WorkBench 4.5 Connection

Using workbench 4.5 for the first time on a Windows 2012 Server Standart. Can't connect to SQL using either Conection Builder ou System DSN 32 or 64...

 

Have acess to the Database, checked opened ports... 

 

Any word on this?
