Un-hide Buzz when the top toolbar isn't there

I'm trying to resend an invitation email to a user and according to this that requires using Buzz. The problem is that I hid Buzz.

Here's the rub: this is on a Domo Everywhere instance that doesn't have the standard top toolbar. So I don't have the normal buzz icon at top right. Here's what it looks like:

Is there a way to un-hide Buzz without the normal top toolbar?

@andyhicken If you don't have buzz I'd suggest directing the user to the "Forgot Password?" button on the log in screen to retrigger the email. Alternatively, admins have the ability to change users' passwords from the admin page.
