Globally assigning Beast Modes back to Datasets rather than just to cards

Maybe this is WAY out of scope, but it would be helpful if there were a way to globally "reassign" card-level Beast Modes back to their source datasets, or at least to somehow trigger ONE copy of a card-level Beast Mode that is replicated across multiple cards back to the SOURCE dataset.

Perhaps I don't fully understand how the pointer assignments work, but, hey, I can dream, can't I?
