Aggregate counts over time that keep a running total
I have an area chart where time is the x axis, and count of instances are the y axis. I want the count to be a running sum over time, but I am not sure how to do that in domo. See my image for details. (I don't care about the trend line.)

Yeah, it should be a date field to return the proper year. If Org Creation is already the year then you can just remove the YEAR() function in the beast mode

You can do this in a beast mode with a window function:
SUM(COUNT(`fieldtocount`)) OVER (ORDER BY YEAR(`yourdatefield`))

Thanks, now I am getting this. Is it beacause my creation date field is a text field and not a date field?
