Displaying Average of Data with Average of Each Part of the Series

Hello!

I have two call types. Let's call them Inbound 1 and Inbound 2. I have a graph that doesn't distinguish between the two but averages both of their Handle Times into one line. I have another graph which displays their average Handle Times split into two lines, Inbound 1 and Inbound 2.

I am looking for a way to see all 3 lines (AHT for Combined, AHT for Inbound 1, and AHT for Inbound 2) on the same graph.

Is this possible?

You can use three different beast modes to handle this:

    Combined:

    AVG(`Handle Time`)

    Inbound 1:

    AVG(CASE WHEN `Call Type` = 'Inbound 1' THEN `Handle Time` END)

    Inbound 2:

    AVG(CASE WHEN `Call Type` = 'Inbound 2' THEN `Handle Time` END)

You can then graph all of those on the same chart.

  • @GrantSmith thank you! I kept trying to use the X, Y and Series boxes to make that work. I didn't even think to use beastmodes.
