Improve date pickers for fiscal calendar users

Hi,

for those of us using the fiscal calendar options it would be great if the date pickers on the global date selector reflected the fiscal week so either Mon - Sun or Sun - Sat. (or whatever the users fiscal is set to). Currently they always show Sunday in the first column.

Also having the abbreviated day names in the date picker as a top row would be very useful.

The below needs improving to make it more user friendly.

It appears better on the date picker widget so can be done.
