Overarching Color Rules

For cards that have a time series variable on the x-axis, it would be nice to have a custom set color rule for whatever date range that is selected, and not just for the default date range. Currently the color rules are only available for a certain date range, especially for year-over-year charts, and then any other date range you select or change, the colors go back to the basic default blue hues.
