Domo Everywhere Buzz/System Announcements

In Domo Everywhere, it would be great to have a way to distribute, for example, a Buzz message across specified/all instances and specified/all users. For my company, that would be a great way to notify users on a specific Domo instance of a problem that might only be affecting them or to notify our entire user community across all instances of an upcoming maintenance window.
