What should I enter as a subdomain for Matomo Connector?

Hello.

I am try to using Matomo Connector to get the analytics data.

To use Matomo Connector, it needs a Matomo analytics subdomain and an access token.

I prepared the access token, then I entered the token and what seems to be a subdomain.

However, authentication doesn't work.

 

I can't think of anything else that would qualify as a subdomain.

What should I enter as a subdomain for Matomo Connector?

Hi @user24014, I'd imagine you followed the setup outlined here: https://domohelp.domo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360042929334-Matomo-Connector?cid=matomo. The subdomain is the additional bit at the front of the URL (i.e. Anything that is before .matomo) for the Matomo Analytics space that you or your organisation uses.
