Specify Mean and Control Limits for Statistcal Process Control Chart
I am using the SPC chart card and would like to specify (not actively calculate) the control limits and average for our process. It doesn't make sense to automatically generate these based on the data set as that will hide mean and variance shifts in our process which is what we are using the chart to detect. We have historical baseline data which we use to compute the mean and control limits for our Shewart x_bar and S charts (see: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/X%CC%85_and_s_chart and https://www.itl.nist.gov/div898/handbook/pmc/section3/pmc32.htm). I see that it's possible to add lines to some other charts, but it doesn't look like it can be controlled in this card. I would like to keep using this card as it has the rule violation highlighting built-in, but without being able to fix those lines the chart isn't very useful for manufacturing control. Any one have any idea how to do this/know if it's possible?

could you use a Multi Line Chart? and just use your define your limits as metrics in the dataset / series in then chart?

@cappie I agree it would be a great feature enhancement to be able to set control limits based on field values in the dataset or beastmodes. You should submit that in the idea exchange - tag me if you do and I will support. I have some other ideas for enhancement as well.
The video @jaeW_at_Onyx posted of mine was a solution we came up with to identify outliers, it actually predated the SPC card type introduction in Domo.
