Workbench Transforms - replacing found substrings by an empty string

Hi there,

 

I am trying to delete some substrings using "Search/Replace" transform. I am able to find the substring i try to delete, but cannot find what to put in "Replace with" value. Using ^$ just replaces the substring with this two parameters, and if i try to leave this box empty, i get an error "Value cannot be null. Parameter name: replacement"

Hello, 

 

I would suggest using an empty string, a blank space, or even using 'null' as a replacement option.
