Any Way turn a quick filtered card with 3 choices into 3 cards

I have a card with a filter on it, The filter has 3 choices. I want to turn this 1 card into 3 cards, each with the filter. Any way of doing this besides building 3 cards from scratch?

    The quickest way to do that would be to apply one of your filters, then click the Wrench -> Save As and save a new version of the card.

    You can repeat the process for each of the 3 filters.
