Page Filter Order

I have seen this question asked before, but have not found a response.

 

We add filters to a page in a logical order (example: Region, Subregion, Country) or (Hierarchy level 1, level 2, level 3, level 4, level 5). After leaving the page, we return to find the order shuffled.

 

It is not in the order I placed.

It is not alphabetical.

And it is not in the dataset order.

 

Is there a solution to this? Or is there some logic to the order of page filters?
