Is there a way to connect to dataflow sources from an external sql client for development?

This would be nice for testing out different ideas, before putting them into the dataflow proper.

Hmmm.... not that I know of. Someone from the DataFlow section might know of something - https://dojo.domo.com/t5/Beast-Mode-ETL-Dataflow/bd-p/Beast
If they don't have anything I'd recommend submitting it to our Idea Exchange section - https://dojo.domo.com/t5/Ideas-Exchange-suggest-and-vote/idb-p/Ideas
