Re: Blank Schedule Reports?
@kaybee I have not encountered this before, but these are the first things that come to mind:
- Do you have any time-based filters that could be interfering with the schedules of your report or data refresh? In other words, if your card filtered to "Today" and is refreshed daily at noon, then your card would show no data between midnight and 11:59 am.
- Do you have any PDP rules on your dataset?
If neither of these are the case, then I suggest you contact Domo support about this issue.

When you say 47 rows and 14K records - do you mean 47 columns and 14k rows?
Have you confirmed that each row has the same number of fields?

@Tsharma8724 - More than likely, there is a row in your dataset with malformed data that is causing the connector to fail while parsing the data. To verify, please contact Domo Support.

This is a great idea and much needed for us. Currently we have found choosing a specific date range on the global date selector breaks all period over period charts. This is very confusing for the users. As well as the options listed by @DuncanDomo if a specific range is chosen then the option to choose a compare to range should also be available.
