Re: Group by when using case statements?
What is the structure of your data? What type of visualization are you utilizing? What do you want the output data or visualization to look like?
You may need to utilize a window function to calculate the category.
CASE WHEN SUM(SUM(`Aantal`)) OVER (PARTITION BY `Your Grouping Columns`) <= 5 THEN 'Why' ELSE `Opzegreden` END
Re: Graphing multiple metrics in one chart by rank
Hi @tlammie1806
To add to Mark's answer.
Consider splitting the measures into more than one chart (when looking at multiple things at once in a single chart , the message/story you want to tell might get confused)
You can potentially split these metrics into 2 cards containing similar metrics or whatever you thing would go together
Card #1 = Events per Session (Bar) , Avg. Engagement Rate (Bar) and % sessions (Percent line)
Card #2 = %Total Users and %New Users
If you definetly want all metrics into 1 single card, take a look at the Faceted Bar type of card, it is located at the bottom of the list under the Vertical and Horizontal Bars.
Re: Graphing multiple metrics in one chart by rank
This may not work for you depending on what your series looks like, but in the Chart Properties → General, change Sort on Totals to Descending and see if that does it for you.
Re: Scorecard First and Last shows same value..
@faisalnjit What if you used a Comparative Change chart instead so it's easier for the people interacting with the scorecard to see when there is no previous value? You can set up two beast modes for your current and previous value:
sum(case when `Period Comparison` = 'Previous' then `Visits/TimePeriod` else 0 end)
sum(case when `Period Comparison` = 'Current' then `Visits/TimePeriod` else 0 end)

Re: Case statement
@domoexpert Can you please share some more context on how you are using this beast mode in your card(s)? How do you want the cards to react when the value of "Toggle" is changed?
Re: How to deactivate a user
A solution that was recommended to me was to change the person's role to Social and reset their password. This puts them in a viewer type role and resetting their password obviously keeps them from logging in with their original password. You might also need to change the e-mail listed in Domo to keep them from resetting the password again if they still have access to that e-mail address.
Re: Dataflow creation best practice and recommendation
You might consider appending rather than joining. Choose the Include All Columns option when appending so that you don't lose any columns and then you have a single dataset that you can build all your cards off of.
Re: Datasets that are added in the Drill path are not shared with the Dashboard groups
To clarify, if a drill level is added to a card that goes to a different dataset after the dashboard was shared with Group A, the drill will result in an error for Group A. In other words, Group A does not have access to the different dataset used in the drill even though the dashboard was already shared with them.

Re: Remove Inherited Color Rules from Drill
I completely agree and fully supportive of this. For example I have a bar chart card with say 3-4 series of different colour rules being applied, but our drill down is a table card which can be hundreds and thousands of rows, but the inherit colour rules means when it is drilled down, the colours applied to each rows of the table which is way to much on the eyes.
I will give the below recommendation a try.
