Re: Bargraph for Employees/Hour when I only have start and stop times

I know the following isn't a "clean" solution….but may help you identify how to get your solution. Using something like this, you can identify the "hour" segments someone worked.

You could then count the occurrences within the hour segments. Such as getting the number of people working at six o'clock:

SUM(CASE WHEN HourSegments LIKE '%6%' THEN 1 ELSE 0 END)

And chart those.

@BryantCafferty @MarkSnodgrass Thank you all for reaching out on this. First allow me to apologize for the confusion on the days/times for our upcoming meetup. We had a bit of a timezone mixup, that has since been corrected.

The upcoming meetup is scheduled for Thursday April 25th @ 10am MT — 12pm ET

I'm continuing to monitor these time zone issues - my hope is that it is all fixed but thank you all for brining this to our attention.

Can confirm with original post, the quick filter order does not match the sort order dictated within the analyzer.
We do have many similar instances where it would be super helpful to display the most recent dates at the top of the filter.

It isn't the biggest deal to scroll, but it is an experience enhancement that would be a dream!

Thanks for all your hard work, I know we ask a lot, only because we know how awesome everyone at Domo is!

@ArborRose this is the formula I just used and it returns what I need

SUM(CASE WHEN DocDate <= DATE_SUB(CURDATE(),INTERVAL 1 YEAR) AND DocDate >= DATE_FORMAT(DATE_SUB(CURDATE(),INTERVAL 1 YEAR), '%Y-01-01')
THEN DocTotal_Contribution END)
