If your dataset already has the booking date, shipment date, shipping dollars and order number, you shouldn't need any additional fields. Have you tried using any of the above suggestions in Analyzer? Start with a table card and see if it returns the results you expect.

If you have pre-defined groupings then you can use a formula tile or beastmode to create a new field that groups the data together based on your criteria.
You could start with something like this:
CASE WHEN LOWER(`Underwriter`) LIKE '%bankers trust% OR LOWER(`Underwriter`) LIKE '%bankerstrust% AND LOWER(`Corporate Sponsor`) LIKE '%acme%' AND `CreationDate in EST` >= '2020-09-08' AND `CreationDate in EST` <= '2020-11-24' THEN 'Group1'
WHEN (etc…. keep adding additional groupings as needed)
END
Beyond this would require fuzzy matching and some data science work. But if you know the grouping logic then it is definitely doable as shown above.

You should be able to still own the alert but unsubscribe for it by making sure all of the notification method iconds (mail, phone, sms, phone) are unchecked (black) and that should unsubscribe you from the alert without causing you to lose ownership of the alert.

You would use the color rules for the card.
- Click "Colors" in the Chart Properties in card analyzer view
- Choose the field that the conditional formatting will be applied to
- Set the condition
- Choose the color
- Choose if you'd like it to be applied to the cell only or the entire row.

Since your estimated value is in a different row than your actual value, this isn't as easily done. You would need to be able to have your estimated and actual values in the same row and then create a beast mode to compare the two and then develop the color rule based on that.
Re: Bullet Chart Data Labels
I thought I was crazy when all three of my bars on the bullet were showing the same value. I would have sworn that the numbers were different before. My boss said the same thing. So I looked at the card history, and indeed I used to have separate labels for value, range 1 and range 2. I noticed the change on Friday, the same day you posted this question. I have opened a ticket with Domo to see if they made an update recently.

Does Workday have a scheduled maintenance time when you have your job scheduled to run? Have you tried scheduling your job for a different time?
