Re: Amazon Athena Connector in Domo
Hi @keeeirs10, gotcha so the credentials were not shared in Domo to any other admin before this analyst left. If you haven't already, you should inform Domo Support [support.domo.com] so that they may be able to bypass the access restriction and help map the data pull through your account.

Re: I need to calculate cumulative backlog in card for the data filtered by various categories and date
Hi @mahee84, in order to get that graph view, follow these steps:
- Select 'Line + grouped bar' in Chart Types
- Drag in your 'Cumulative Backlog' field in the X axis and then either Daily date fields in 1st Series spot and then the other Daily date field in 2nd Series column
- At the moment, it'll show as one bar and one graph so then you'll go into Chart Properties -> General -> Series on Left Scale and type in '2'
- Once applied, it'll show as 2 lines which then means you should add in your 'Ticket No' field to the 3rd Series column, resulting in a bar with two lines
- Afterwards, it's tidying up the y-axes in Chart Properties -> Value Scale, and other elements to match your Excel report.

Re: Connecting Google Ads
Hi @user048760, how did you go with this? What was the issue/error more specifically that you encountered around joining?
I've used an email forwarding setup with the Google Ads data pull in the past, and the reports I used needed to be built so that the primary key was clear and identifiable before I start any work in Domo. That way, joining and cleaning data steps were easier to carry out.

Re: Best practices for performance with the Snowflake federated connector
Hi @danidiaz, how did you go with this?
There's a recent article that sheds some light on how to set up a Snowflake Federated Connector [https://domohelp.domo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360049429094-Snowflake-Federated-Data-Setup] and mentions that "You can create Cards using Analyzer from this [Federated] DataSet, but ETL, SQL DataFlows and DataSet Alerts are not available to operate on Federated DataSets."
If you are after something more specific, to address a business problem/scenario, then it's worth bringing up in the Dojo along with some anonymised/sample data, so that we can help.

Re: Use JSON Advanced Connector to POST to an API
Hi @simontarry76, if you haven't already, you should reach out to Support [support.domo.com] to have them look at it as well (and escalate to Dev if need be). They would be better suited to explore which part of the account credentials check is misaligning and causing the data to not come through.

Re: How to change color and text size when using domo iframe?
Hi @ibtisamyyy, you could apply CSS styles to your iframe: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/217776/how-to-apply-css-to-iframe.
I would also advise on logging a ticket to Support [support.domo.com] as they can look into whether there's missing elements in your iframe or a bug causing the difference in appearance.

Re: Calculated field doesn't respect parentheses in arithmetic expressions?
Hi @DavidLee, I can comment on why this would be happening when one wants to display the arithmetic expression result in a 'Single Value' chart. Domo defaults to expressing a value as a sum, and so selecting any other option would return the expected result.
