Re: Hi, I'm getting an error doing DateDiff bw two date fields where Nulls exist in one data
I was suggesting re-writing total months on SaaS to this:
CASE WHEN `Start Date` = '2050-01-01' THEN 0 ELSE DATEDIFF(DATE(`Payment Processing Month`),DATE(`Start Date`) END
However, since you are wanting the total months and not the number of days, you will need to do it slightly different. You can use the Period_Diff function to calculate the month difference like this:
CASE WHEN `Start Date` = '2050-01-01' THEN 0 ELSE PERIOD_DIFF(DATE_FORMAT(`Payment Processing Month`,'%Y%m')DATE_FORMAT(`Start Date`,'%Y%m') END
Hope this helps.

Hi @user17472, have you checked this issue through with Domo support [https://domo-support.domo.com]?

Re: Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations Connection
Fair enough, the other options are:
- Workbench (via these example steps: https://www.cdata.com/kb/tech/d365finops-odbc-domo.rst)
- Custom Connector (which can be built from here: https://developer.domo.com/docs/custom-connectors/connector-dev-studio)

Re: Turnover calculation query
Hi @Abhijith, so you need two calculated fields for 'Exit' and 'Employed/Headcount'. Using the fields from the ETL, the Exit beast mode would like:
''' SUM(SUM('Terminated')) OVER (PARTITION BY YEAR('Last Day of Month'), MONTH('Last Day of Month') ORDER BY 'Last Day of Month')
You would then need to calculate the rolling average headcount for each month (year vs prior year), which I don't know how to code dynamically.
After getting those two working, you would combine to create the annual turnover rate calculation.

Re: Turnover calculation query
Nice! Have you noticed any changes in values to the Monthly Rolling Turnover?

Re: How to build card|total headcount based on the Hire date and termination date
Yep so as the beast mode above uses your two dates, you'll need a separate date field to create that month by month view. You can either use another date field in your 'Input' dataset (for example, dataset updated date), or can bring in a date field (like a daily employee log) from another dataset, via ETL and joining by ID Number, into your working one.

Re: No Domo Actions returned via /v1/domoactions API
Have you reached out to Support [support.domo.com] as well about the errors you're experiencing? If so, what did they say?

Re: Dimension/metric selector for Cards
Hi @AndreiA, while there isn't an option within the card to toggle a beast mode between dimensions and measures, you can create two sets of calculations (i.e. an original field and modified field) from ETL into your card. That way, it appears in both sections in Analyzer.

Re: Workbench Replacement Variable not saving
I’ve gotten some success updating to the latest version of workbench and also pressing enter when I enter a value for my replacement variable. This will show an empty row but have found that typically will save the variable
