Re: Find Employees Manager Manager
You can join the dataset to itself so that the employee's manager field is joined to the employee field then you can rename the second manager field to manager of manager.
Re: Is it possible to upload many google sheets at the same time?
Agree with @david_cunningham here, and wanted to point out even if the columns weren't the same, nothing stopping you from making your dataset super-wide and splitting the columns in MagicETL. In other words, you could put your tables side-by-side up to 18,278 columns of data then import.
Re: Indexing Help
You don't need to explicitely create indexes as you would in traditional databases. Domo's automatically optimizes for performance. Slow performance may be due to complexity of the dashboard or an issue in how you have things structured.
Re: 2 Obstacles to Achieving Automated Reporting - asking for help
One way you could do it would be to append to a dataset using an ETL.
Create a dataset and make sure it has a column to store the date. In the ETL dataflow, set a formula value with the current date and that in the date column within the dataset. Use the "append" tile to append data each day, the column value will act as a timestamp.
Re: How to apply filter to card that is always showing the most recent dataset update?
What if it's triggered when the maximum week number changes?
Re: where to find the append/replace feature for a google sheet in DOMO dataset?
It's not supported with that connector. If you need to append data you can feed it into a Magic ETL dataflow and then set the output tile to Append. You can have it trigger on the initial Google sheet update.
Re: Scheduled Report - Excel Attachement
Would it not be better to give users the option to decide whether they want to receive a csv or a xlsx?
@Jones01 how can I request the feature switch please? thanks

Re: how to change the type of existing DOMO data?
Admin » Governance » Toolkit » Schema Management
Schema Management lets you change the column type (data structure) of a dataset. If your dataset has an integer as the data type for a field, you can change it to a date.
Re: Total + Average columns on a table
I don't know a way to do this within a single card, but it would be relatively easy to have an aggregation card next to your table card that has both of these values by category.
Re: Remove lookback period from the data and see the values.
@Prathmesh24_Diacto it was great to meet you on our call 😁 please reach out if you would like to work together on anything else. I'm always happy to collaborate!
