Re: Doubt in sharing the dataset to the users with PDP
you're mixing issues.
1) use PDP to determine what people can see data.
2) sharing is sharing. assume that eventually, EVERYONE will share EVERYTHING and therefore everyone will see everything that doesn't have PDP policies applied..
Therefore, to secure your data, focus on limiting what people see via PDP. If you don't want others' to see the data, make the default behavior via PDP that people can't see any rows.
Re: Which YouTube app has video impressions?
Hi @AlexF
Are you talking about ad impressions? You can use the ad Performance API report. Just select API from the drop down then Ad Performance
Re: generic OAuth redirection URL
just FYI @DP_DynamicData , the documentation has been updated since 2019, https://knowledge.domo.com/Connect/Connecting_to_Data_with_Connectors/Configuring_Each_Connector/Connectors_for_File_Retrieval/JSON_No_Code_OAuth_Connector, to incluude the URL @Ben_Dunlap documented in the comments.
Re: What is the best way to have updating data from mongo collection?
Hi @banderson
it sounds like you’re talking about an upsert type of connection. There are some connectors which support upsert however it appears that the MongoDB connector isn’t one of them. You could try and do something like a recursive dataflow to handle the upsert logic yourself however note that it doesn’t scale as well as the dataset gets larger.
There are some good KB articles about this
Magic ETL v1
Magic ETL v2
Re: What is the best way to have updating data from mongo collection?
you may also want to look into data assembler if you have a large dataset and could possibly set it up using some partitions but it’s premium feature. There are a few guidelines for using it which are documented in the knowledge base

Re: What is the best way to have updating data from mongo collection?
@banderson use UPSERT + Domo CLI
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kHSeSbSFS1Q (sorry less polished video, but gets the job done).
Re: 2 Different Date Data Sets
Hi @Grecs5
alternatively you can use a data set view to join your two datasets together.
another option to think about might be instead of joining your data together you UNION / stack your data together such that you have
TYPE | WEEK | COUNT
Demo | 1 | 3
Create | 1 | 10
Re: Filter data based on if it matches the data in the other data set.
uh... it sounds like you're describing interactive filters, but you'r use case is pretty... vague.
in Domo it is possible to set up a filter that applies across multiple datasets. so if i have two different datasets with a column called Color... i can filter on "color = red" and then filter both datasets...
Re: Beast Mode: Table Card Total Row Issues
@swagner , you can't finish your requirement just using window functions in analyzer.
@GrantSmith is hinting you in the right direction. You're trying to functinally filter on an aggregated value (if the sum of activity in 2019 and 2018 is greater than x then .... )
If you've got 30M rows you can still get away with building the aggregation in Magic (SUM(AMOUNT) GROUP BY Year and Salesrep ) and JOIN to the raw data.
That way you can decide in analyzer whether to include that individual row.
OR do it in a DataSet View (more performant and you don't have to wait for ETL).
This is the extensive explanation, but if you fast forward to where we're playing with DSVs, you'll get a feel for how this can be accomplished. Just don't use a Window function, just do a normal GROUP BY and JOIN back to your data.
Re: How to view data table schema
Data in Domo doesn't reside in a RDBMS system. So you can't create an ERD like you would in other SQL environments.
THere is a Governance dataset that will give you schemas, https://knowledge.domo.com/Connect/Connecting_to_Data_with_Connectors/Configuring_Each_Connector/Connectors_for_Analytics/Domo_Governance_Datasets_Connector
