You can also just set the target value under your chart properties: General > Target Value. If you're wanting 100% use 1.

Ah, so your data isn't a percentage but an actual number. Have you tried using a beast mode to calculate your percentage and use that as your value? Your target would need to be a percentage value as well so they're on the same scale.
I don't know the fields you're using but a simple beast mode like the following should work (just change your numerator to be the column which identifies where you are and the denominator to be where you need to be):
SUM(`Available`) / SUM(`Total`)

Depending on the purpose of your comparison, you may want to consider a Full Outer Join instead of a Left Join. That way you can check if records are missing from either dataset instead of just one.

or access token as in domo -- admin -- access token?
i think you'd want both and to be able to differentiate between both so users could track API usage

You can use an ETL with both datasets as an input and then left join them together based on your columns and see which ones are are missing values, that will identify where your records don't exactly line up.

You can comment out blocks of code with "/*" and "*/".
Not as easy as highlighting a block of code but much faster than having to comment each line out individually.
