Re: How do I restart automated report emails after an unsubscribe?
That's what I meant by manually manage the list. The bigger pain is having to remember to add new people when they join the group.
Re: Card Drill
@Fadem I have not had trouble saving my drill paths and the columns in my table card staying the way I designed them. Are you clicking on the wrench of the main card and choosing Edit Drill Path and then clicking Edit View and then designing your card (I assume a table card) the way you like and then choose Save and Close? That should be all that you need to do.
The final dataset table view can only be shown or hidden and all the columns in the dataset are shown.
Hope this helps.
Re: How do I filter on two dates?
It looks as though you are wanting to count when something is done and due in the same month. In which case, I would do this:
CASE WHEN Month(duedate) = Month(donedate) AND YEAR(duedate) = YEAR(donedate) THEN 1 ELSE 0 END
You can then sum this beast mode to get the count.
Re: Is there a way to delete a column in a dataset?
@NathanDorsch I haven't seen a connector where I can choose which columns I want to import. However, I often build an ETL on top of my source dataset, so that I can select which columns I want and rename them as necessary using the select columns tile in Magic ETL. This also gives me the flexibility to swap out the source dataset, if necessary, and I don't have to do anything to any cards because they are tied to the output dataset of the ETL rather than the source dataset.
Hope this helps.
Re: Period over Period (MOM/YOY) option in Multi-Value card for 2 months prior
@NathanDorsch glad I was able to help. If you can accept any answers that helped you, that will help others in the community.
Re: Is it possible to create a combo chart in the tiles?
Domo calls combo charts Line + Bar charts. In a standard implementation, the value put in the y-axis becomes the line and then the series becomes the bar. You can have multiple lines by entering a value in the General chart properties "series on left scale". It will then use the y-axis and the first item in the series if you entered 2, for example.
I created a video about this that may help you.
Hope this helps.

@NathanDorsch Yep! That did it! Thanks!
Re: Period over Period (MOM/YOY) option in Multi-Value card for 2 months prior
You can use the DATE_SUB function to subtract different intervals at a time, such as month.
DATE_SUB
Subtracts date or datetime values (as intervals) to date values in a date column.
DATE_SUB('DateCol', interval 1 month)
In this example, if the value for DateCol was 2/27/2022, it would subtract 1 month and result in 1/27/2022. Now, if you needed to get to the last day of the month if the month you just subtracted to, you can wrap the LAST_DAY() function around the Date_Sub function. This would make 1/27/2022 end up being 1/31/2022.
LAST_DAY(DATE_SUB('DateCol', interval 1 month))
Let me break down a part of my first example in case that might help you as well.
DATE_SUB(CURRENT_DATE(), INTERVAL (DAYOFMONTH(CURRENT_DATE()) - 1) DAY)
There are several functions wrapped together here.
CURRENT_DATE() is returning today's date whenever the card is viewed.
DAYOFMONTH(CURRENT_DATE()) - 1) is returning the day of today's date and reducing that by 1. So, if today is the 3rd, then this would return 2. This number is then used in the DATE_SUB function to subtract the number of days from today's date.
The result of the entire function returns the first day of the current month. So, right now, it would return 3/1/2022.
Re: trends ratio for last 4 months
I would change your beast mode to be like this:
CASE WHEN DATE_SUB(`dt`, INTERVAL (DAYOFMONTH(`dt`) - 1) DAY) = DATE_SUB(CURRENT_DATE(), INTERVAL (DAYOFMONTH(CURRENT_DATE()) - 1) DAY) THEN 'Current Month' WHEN DATE_SUB(`dt`, INTERVAL (DAYOFMONTH(`dt`) - 1) DAY) = DATE_SUB(DATE_SUB(CURRENT_DATE(), INTERVAL (DAYOFMONTH(CURRENT_DATE()) - 1) DAY), INTERVAL 1 MONTH) THEN 'Last Month' WHEN DATE_SUB(`dt`, INTERVAL (DAYOFMONTH(`dt`) - 1) DAY) = DATE_SUB(DATE_SUB(CURRENT_DATE(), INTERVAL (DAYOFMONTH(CURRENT_DATE()) - 1) DAY), INTERVAL 2 MONTH) THEN 'Month Prior' WHEN DATE_SUB(`dt`, INTERVAL (DAYOFMONTH(`dt`) - 1) DAY) = DATE_SUB(DATE_SUB(CURRENT_DATE(), INTERVAL (DAYOFMONTH(CURRENT_DATE()) - 1) DAY), INTERVAL 3 MONTH) THEN '2 Months Prior' END
To break this down, I am using the date_sub and dayofmonth to be able to evaluate the dates as the first day of each month. In the 2nd, 3rd and 4th when statements, I am wrapping another date_sub around the current date to subtract additional months. This will allow you to handle the changing of years without breaking anything.
