Re: Calculated Column Syntax Error
The first thing to check is to make sure that the ETL sees your due date and payment date fields as dates. If they aren't you can fix that a couple different ways: on the input dataset, you can click on configuration and then expand data handling and set the data type as date. You can also wrap the DATE() function around each of those fields in your formula, which will make them date values as well. If it doesn't let you change the type, then you might have some non-date data that you need to fix.
If they are all dates and you are still getting error, I have sometimes had to close the ETL and go back in and then click run preview to get the ETL to properly recognize the data and the new fields.
Re: Count of date instances "last week"
You could use the date range filter to show only last week.
You could also create a beast mode that would tell you if the date is within the previous week.
CASE WHEN `date` >= /* first day of the previous week */ DATE_SUB(DATE_SUB(CURRENT_DATE(), INTERVAL 1 WEEK) , INTERVAL (DAYOFWEEK(CURRENT_DATE()) - 1) DAY) AND `date` <= /* last day of the previous week */ DATE_ADD(DATE_SUB(CURRENT_DATE(), INTERVAL 1 WEEK) , INTERVAL (7- DAYOFWEEK(CURRENT_DATE())) DAY) THEN 'Y' ELSE 'N' END
Add this beast mode to your filter and filter to Y
Re: Where can i find the Comments logs
It doesn't look like the DomoStats or Domo Governance datasets contain this information. I believe the comments option is a newer feature, so they may be available through one of these datasets in the future.
I would start with asking your CSM about where that data is stored and see if they can arrange something for you.
Another options is to inspect the network traffic when you choose save and comment on a card and see what APIs get called and then try pulling the data with that API call.
Re: Filling in data in ETL for missing dates
Yes, you can use the rank & window and the lag function to get the previous value for each product and then use the formula tile to place it in your main column list.
However, first you are going to need to get a complete list of dates. You could get a distinct list of dates from your existing dataset if you know that there was activity by something on every date. Or you could bring in the date dimensions dataset. you would then join your complete list of dates to your main dataset with a left join so that you have a date for every day for each product. After that, you can do the rank & window with the lag. In your formula tile, you can utilize ifnull to populate your main columns with the lag value.
Hope this all makes sense.
Re: Group by Percentage
I would suggest adding another group by that aggregates by body part and then join it back to your initial group by. You can then use the formula tile to calculate the percentage. If you are unaware, you can have multiple lines go out from any tile so that you can perform different operations such as this and then join them back together.
Removing sort symbol from graph
Is there any way to remove the sort symbol from view? It can be obstructive when looking at the axis numbers.
I can't find anything in 'Chart Properties' to disable it.

Re: PDP tied to user?
Sorry for any confusion in my last paragraph, I was trying to establish if there was any way of seeing the difference in policy settings on the 'PDP' section before you looked at Page 1 and 2.
So Page 1 and 2 have the exact same cards but you've applied a filter(s) on the data columns for Page 1 only, correct?
I believe this is a situation where someone will need to see you do the steps in your Domo view and then be able to troubleshoot because while your breakdown of scenario is clear, it is hard to pinpoint issues without seeing what is actually happening in your Domo.
Perhaps while your question is being looked at by others here, it is worth also raising a ticket to Domo Support [https://domo-support.domo.com/] so that they can organise a screen-share session to view your steps and work.

Re: PDP tied to user?
Let's go step by step to determine if there was a step missing.
When you are in the 'PDP' section of your dataset, and you click on the 'Impact' button, are there clear differences in the outcomes outlined by Domo (i.e. Messages outlining what is being applied to limit the data) or does both your policies created say "Your current PDP policies on this DataSet will not have any affect on your Domo resources"?
Also, do you see this button next to 'Enable PDP'?
https://domohelp.domo.com/hc/article_attachments/360059655973/disable_pdp.pngIf not, then enable the policy to be applied to your dataset.

Re: No Domo Actions returned via /v1/domoactions API
Have you reached out to Support [support.domo.com] as well about the errors you're experiencing? If so, what did they say?

Re: Dimension/metric selector for Cards
Hi @AndreiA, while there isn't an option within the card to toggle a beast mode between dimensions and measures, you can create two sets of calculations (i.e. an original field and modified field) from ETL into your card. That way, it appears in both sections in Analyzer.
