You can use three different beast modes to handle this:

Combined:

AVG(`Handle Time`)

Inbound 1:

AVG(CASE WHEN `Call Type` = 'Inbound 1' THEN `Handle Time` END)

Inbound 2:

AVG(CASE WHEN `Call Type` = 'Inbound 2' THEN `Handle Time` END)

You can then graph all of those on the same chart.

Re: search and replace

@damen What does the data look like? If the field contains things like 'Not Repeat' with not at the beginning, then you could use a formula tile and do:

REPLACE('Not ',`Col A`,'Replacement ') --Note the space after Not

This would work if Not is the first word for the data in the column, but it depends on what your data looks like.

@NathanDorsch In the Trigger Frequency settings, it sounds you have it set to "Only when Datasets are updated" and have every input dataset checked. Instead, uncheck the boxes for all the datasets except the one you were concerned about not capturing the updates due to timing.

@MB_Dem Do you have any time-based filters on your card that would result in no data being visible in the card that the time the report is scheduled to send?
