Re: FIXED Function As Background Filter
@Sumant_Kumar707 According to this KB article, FIXED functions are not supported as filters. I'd suggest adding this as an enhancement request in the Ideas Exchange.
Re: Best practice for removing historical values
Yep, you would do what @DavidChurchman said and set each of those 3 conditions as conditions in the filter with "Include rows that meet ALL of the following rules" set.
Re: Calculating Week on Week customer retention using beast mode
What fields do you have? Do you have customer start date and customer end date? You might have to do it in a dataflow, join it to a data dimension and you could calculate for each month whether a customer was active or not.
Re: Domo Consumption/Usage Model
@colemenwilson you might want to join the Domo Slack Group as there is some discussion there about people moving to this. You can join it here:
Re: Group By Condition in beast mode
@Ganesh_Naren If your beast mode is an aggregate, the Group by is determined by whatever dimensions are used in your card. For example if you have a beast mode SUM(`Sales`) in the Y-axis of a bar chart the values will group by whatever dimension you have in the X-axis, whether that be Month, Customer, Sales Rep, etc. This takes the place of the SQL "Group by" condition and allows a higher level of flexibility with your visuals.
For anything more complex than that, I suggest you check out FIXED functions.
