I am not sure what the terminology Domo has for these, but once a card is deleted, the space is still occupied by a box of the same size waiting to be loaded up with a text box, image, new card, etc……1 -

Yes. Create a new beastmode: SUM(revenue) /SUM(SUM(revenue) FIXED ()) Use that beastmode as your Province/fsa value Change the Province/fsa Value to a percentage as shown below:1
