Last time I spoke with Domo Support, the Domo Metrics DataSets have been depricated and are no longer supported by Domo. They pointed me to the DomoStats Connector, which has a lot of reports that contain all of the old info that Domo Metrics had and more.

HI @AH! To make sure that your users are using the correct/approved DataSets, we recommend using the Tagging feature for DataSets and let your users know to use appropriatley tagged DataSets when building Cards. You can add Tags to a DataSet on the DataSet Overview page, right under the title of the DataSet. This ensures…

Hi @DMJerry! At this time, our Connectors do not have the ability to check if the data has updated and then run. This idea would be a great improvement to the Connector structure. Please visit the Dojo Ideas Exchange http://dojo.domo.com/t5/Ideas-Exchange-suggest-and-vote/idb-p/Ideas. You can search existing ideas and then…

You could try putting the Ad infomration of the URL into a DataSet, so you would have something like: CONCAT('<div style="text-align:center"><img alt="DOWN" height="20px" src="https://tpc.googlesyndication.com/simgad/",`dynamic_column_id`,>','</div>') And then have a column in your DataSet named `dynamic_column_id` where…

Hi @user06033, I am not familiar with a Google Display Campaign, but here is a Knowledge Base article I found on how to make the Google AdWords data come into Domo: https://knowledge.domo.com/?cid=googleadwords As well, here is an article that goes over how to put an image inside of a Table Chart using a…

HI @user02734, Normally you can hover over the DataSet in the Data Center and the Wrench icon menu has a drop down for re-activate for a DataSet. You will probably need to re-assign the credetnials powering the DataSet as well, though it sounds like you have done that because you are able to manually run it and get new…

Hello @adam_mx! At this time, there is no way to change the owner of a report without recreating it for the new user. I think this would be a great Enhancement Request for our Product team. You can submit this to them using the Feedback button inside of the Main Menu in your Domo Instance. Also, here is a link to our FAQ…

Hi @Josh-REO, Glad to hear you were able to sort out your social users and PDP. For your reference, here is a Knowledge Base article on our FAQ on Social Users: http://knowledge.domo.com?cid=socialuserfaq Have a great day! Josh

I think it would be a great Enhancement Request for our BeastMode functionality. You can let our Product team know about this by submitting Feedback using the Feedback button inside of your Domo Main Menu. Also, here is a link to our FAQ concerning Enhancement Request processing, and how to submit feedback inside of…

Hello @DanSalter! Unfortunatley, support for custom connectors is limited. I can direct you to our article in our Developer page on Custom Connectors here: https://developer.domo.com/docs/custom-connectors/connector-dev-studio If you are unable to find a resolution in that article, your Customer Success Manager (CSM) will…

Hello @user00614! Currently at this time, these functions are not available in a BeastMode. However, they can be done in an ETL Dataflow, or using a MySQL Dataflow, though I recommend the ETL Dataflow because there are less steps involved than using MySQL. Here is an article from our Knowledge Base on the ETL Dataflow Rank…

Hello @AshfordLC! In order to see all of the data in a Dataflow, you will need to be the owner, or be given access to all of the Input datasets (and if those are Dataflows, the input datasets to those and so on), and the output Dataflow in order to see all of the data available. Are you currently able to see the entire…

Hello! At this time, Dataflows can only be triggered by the rules you mentioned, when either one or more of the datasets updates, or it can be run manually. This would be a great Enhancement Request. You can submit those using the Feedback button inside of the Main Menu in your instance. Also, here is a link to our FAQ…

Hi DataSquirrel, I would recommend posting in Product Feedback as well. The more places you are heard, the better, right? I would also link the URL to the Enhancement Request in Dojo for their reference. I like what you did with the chart there. Have a great day! Regards, Josh Thorn Technical Advisor DOMO Support

Hello Zatoichi, This is a good question. For reference here is the Knowledge Base article on Gantt Charts: http://knowledge.domo.com?cid=ganttchart At this time, we do not currently have a Resource Loading Chart. The best way to get it added in the future is to submit an Enhancement Request. You can do so by submitting…

Hey DataSquirrel, Here is that Knowledge Base article about the Bubble Graph: http://knowledge.domo.com?cid=bubblegraph In that article, it shows that the Bubble size is controlled by the Bubble Size section in Analyzer. You can get this value to show on the card by using the Chart Property - Data Label Settings and by…

Hello! The best way to achieve this functionality is to write a BeastMode that will allow you to filter out data that is less than your desired dollar amount (in your example, $1,000) CASE WHEN column_name >= 1000 THEN 1 ELSE 0 END Then you will create a filter that filters by 1, removing all of the values that are not at…
-
Hi! That is a good question. Because you created the dataset in a Data Flow, you were able to put multiple years of data on a single row of data (hence why you could have the previous years data for an individual day). With how the period of period charts work, they run a calculation at the vizualization level, not at the…

John, Here are a couple of resources in the Knowledge Base that will be of assistance to you. http://knowledge.domo.com?cid=samplebeastmode http://knowledge.domo.com?cid=bucketing http://knowledge.domo.com?cid=beastmodefaqs Those three should give you a good basis of BeastModes and I think the Bucketing article will be…

Hi jlazerus, I think an easier way to go would be to use a Grouped Bar Card, with one column being the Estimated Hours, and the second being Actual Hours, that way when viewing the card, it will quickly be apparent if the actual hours are larger or smaller than the Estimated Hours. As well, you will need to write…

Thanks for the clarification! Without seeing the data, it is hard to say for sure. I think it sounds like you have one column of data that is dedicated to the time? If you have multiple column names with that time information, you could set a Color Rule for each different column. However, if you only have one column for…
-
Hello John! This is a good question. It is possible to add additional Color Rules on the drill down of a card, by editing the drill layer, and adding the color rule there. If the rule is already there, you can change the conditions of the rule, and when applying, choose to save only to this card. The last section of this…
-
Hello! This is a good question. Domo does not currently support Color Rules in the Box Plot card. The best way to get this brought to the attention of the product team is to submit product feedback inside of your Domo instance. Here is a link to our FAQ concerning Enhancement Request processing, and how to submit feedback…
-
Hello! This is a great question! When Drilling into a card, the Drill is only what is included in the x-axis. Because you have selected either Nov-2015 or Nov-2016, the Drill will show you, November, from 2015/2016. Because the drill down is no longer showing year over year, the card doesn't know any better to compare to…

Hello! This would be a great feature to have inside of Domo! As this is currently not supported, an Enhancement Request is the best way to get that going. Here is a link to our FAQ concerning Enhancement Request processing, and how to submit feedback inside of Domo: https://knowledge.domo.com?cid=faqs You are also able to…

Hello! A couple of the things that I would check first would be the date range, to make sure that the range doesn't end on October 6th. Also, I would check the filters on the card, and make sure that the data is not being filtered out because of another column. If the filters are not removing the data, and the date range…
