Allow Calendar Switch at Dashboard Level

Hi,

We have a scenario where clients sometimes want to see the cards by financial year and by calendar year. Currently this isn't easy as a card can only be one or the other.

It would be nice to have the option in the global date selector.

The option could be turned on and off in the filter options for the board with this option only appearing for instances where a financial year has been loaded.
