For the Action DOWNLOADED, I see three types of Objects: FILE, FILE_REVISION, and ACTIVITY_LOG_CSV. FILE and FILE_REVISION just mean somebody saw an image or file card. They don't actually click a download button, it just downloads them when they visit the page or card and records that event. Largely, I think these Actions can be ignored. ACTIVITY_LOG_CSV would be when someone visits the Activity Log via the Admin Center and clicks the EXPORT CSV button in the top right.

The Action EXPORTED is likely what you are looking for. For that, I see Object Types of CARD, DATA_SOURCE, MAGNUM_COLLECTION, PAGE, and VIEW. This is when someone actually clicked a button to export something. Keep in mind that when a user exports a card, even if they don't have any sort of DataSet access, it records two Actions, one for CARD and one for DATA_SOURCE at the exact same timestamp. In reality, they only got the data as filtered on the card, so you don't need to worry thinking they exported the unfiltered DataSet. MAGNUM_COLLECTION is a AppDB Collection. From my log, it looks like it might record this activity when an admin views a Collection in the Asset Library, not just when they explicitly click an export button. VIEW is whenever someone exports a View of a DataSet made using Views Explorer. In theory, it should record that event even if they didn't save it as a View in Domo, but I am not 100% sure. I haven't had a PAGE row since 2020, so I think this used to be the way it was logged, but it is now logged using the Actions I detail below.

You may also want to check out the Actions EXPORTED_PDF, EXPORTED_PPT, and EXPORT_FAIL depending on what you are looking for. EXPORTED_PDF and EXPORTED_PPT are when someone exports a page/dashboard as a PDF or PowerPoint, respectively. I haven't had an EXPORT_FAIL since 2020, before I worked at this company, so I am not really sure when that happens, but in theory it is just someone trying to export a card or DataSet and it failing.
