Problem Statement
In its current iteration Forms "Submit" button is always in the lower right corner. My business users are finding that when they use the Controls button they are unable to see and click Submit. I am working around this by leaving whitespace under the area Controls fills, but this is unsightly when Controls in not in use.
Proposed Solution
Allow Editors the ability to place the Submit button on the right or left of the form.
