The default admin role does not have all available grants, as you would expect. To get the Manage All Accounts and View All Accounts grants you have to create a custom role. Our fix for this was to create a custom admin role with all grants selected. That fix does not work though because only those in the default admin role can view all Domo Support tickets, which for our business is very important as Admins manage the Domo relationship.
My idea would be for the default admin role to always be given all grants available.
