My idea is a dynamic table where you can select a column, such as revenue, and I can drag it onto the columns in the table and choose from an assortment of date ranges on how I want to view that column. I could want to see revenue "This Year", "This Quarter", "Last Year", "Last Quarter", as some examples. I'd want to be able to drag the same column multiple times so I could see, for example, "Revenue This Year" next to "Revenue Last Year". In addition, I would love to be able to drag columns to a pivot table and be able to add an "comparison" column that would allow me to add or subtract the x columns to the left of this column. For this example, my ideal output would be 3 columns: Revenue This Year, Revenue Last Year, Difference (Subtraction).
