Advanced Scheduling for Webhook Connector

It turns out the webhook connector only supports daily, hourly, 15-minute updates etc. In a consumption environment it would be good to have full connector scheduling on a less frequent basis so that we could pull the data weekly or monthly instead. And save execution credits.
