Implicitly selected grants are not counted on the Grants screen

The new implicitly selected grants, like Create DomoApps when Create DDX Apps is selected, are not counted on the role screen. If you choose the grants explicitly, they are counted correctly.

This also impacts the total number of grants shown (in the example below, this role would have 37 grants if Create DomoAps was counted).

This is a confusing experience in the UI and makes the counts unreliable.
