Toggle series in bar chart
Hi, I have a bar chart that has a goal as the y axis and then a current total as the series (as well as the difference between goal and total. We also have another field in the data that has a different calculation of the total. I was wondering if it is possible to have a card on the dashboard that allows us to toggle between the two total fields, like changing the series of the bar chart dynamically. I was thinking maybe there's a beast mode calc that could solve for this.
Thank you -- willing to provide more info if needed.

@jrtomici You can look into using variables for this. Make the inputs 'Total A' and 'Total B', and then create a beast mode like:
case when 'Variable' = 'Total A' then 'Total A' (or beast mode calculation)
when 'Variable' = 'Total B' then 'Total B' (or beast mode calculation)

@jrtomici You can accomplish this by creating a variable with values for each type of calculation. Then you can create a beast mode based on which calculation type is selected in your variable control like the one below. This beast mode would then be used as the Value/Y-Axis in your card.
case when `Calculation Type` = 'Calculation A' then `Field A` when `Calculation Type` = 'Calculation B' then `Field B` end

Interesting, reading about it now. Thank you @RobSomers
Is there a way to toggle the variable within the dashboard without going into analyzer? The dashboard is meant to be a user interface used by sales teams without any need (or want) for them to open the cards in analyzer.
