Dev HTML to Anchor a card

Is there any way to jump to a card in a dashboard? Is there a way to edit the HTML in dev to add page anchors? I've tried creating a slicer to try to link to a card in the page but it didn't work. Is there a way to add a hyperlink to the specific card on the dashboard? Such as companydomo.com/page/12345678/kpis/details/1234567891
