Is there a way to delete a column in a dataset?

I notice when I pull data with a connector... and then adjust the settings to reduce the number of columns, the older columns will still appear in the dataset (even if I replace instead of append).
Is there a way to delete outdated columns without having to create an entirely new dataset?

@NathanDorsch I haven't seen a connector where I can choose which columns I want to import. However, I often build an ETL on top of my source dataset, so that I can select which columns I want and rename them as necessary using the select columns tile in Magic ETL. This also gives me the flexibility to swap out the source dataset, if necessary, and I don't have to do anything to any cards because they are tied to the output dataset of the ETL rather than the source dataset.
Hope this helps.
