JSON parse error in workbench

I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong or what I need to put in the node where I want to begin pulling data.

 

I think this is really simple, I just need to know what to populate the data source properties with. 

 

Any help would be appreciated.

I've attached the sample json file as well as a screenshot.

 

Errors:

Could not parse JSON
Error reading JObject from JsonReader. Current JsonReader item is not an object: StartArray. Path '', line 1, position 1.

 

 

note: I wasn't able to upload a .json file, so I changed it to .txt to upload it.
