  • This issue was resolved around 1pm MT this afternoon. Google Sheets imports should be running normally now. If you are still having issues please contact Domo Support.

  • @Ops there is a connector that will allow you to email a file in to update a DataSet. If you think that would work, contact Domo Support and they can help you get it setup.

  • @RobynLinden unfortunately the API that Sizmek provides doesn't provide custom reports so we can't include those in the connector at this point. It will require to Sizmek to update their API.

  • Hua, if you login to the Connector Dev studio (https://developer.domo.com/builder) using your Domo credentials, we have recently added a sample Facebook connector that uses OAuth for authentication.   • @Wilko There are a couple package dependencies that cause this issue. You need to make sure that you have httr version 1.0.0 or lower and readr 0.2.0 or lower installed in your instance of R.

  • @Wardy Not sure I'm totally clear on the issue. Are you saying that it is not pulling data previous to May 2016 (e.g. data from April or March or February)? Or is the issue that you are not seeing current data (e.g. data being generated this month) being added to the dataset?
  • @Wardy the Google Analytics connector only retrieves the past 30 days of information when you initially set it up. Going forward it will append any new data every time it runs, so over time you will build up more than the initial 30 days worth of data.
