  • Correct. If you set it up in June it will never go back past May. But Domo stores all the data it imports so next May you will have a years worth of data in Domo. My understanding is that free accounts don't have access to support so the advanced connector isn't available to free accounts since it requires help from…
  • @Wardy The version of the Google Analtyics connector that you are using only pulls data back 30 days when you first run it. Domo stores all the data retrieved so over time your history will get bigger. There is an advanced version of the Google Analytics Connector that lets you pull more than 30 days of history, but it…
  • @CBlandon it would best if you opened a ticket with our support team. Send an email to support@domo.com with as much detail as possible, including the URL of the dataset that is causing the issue, which will autmotically open a ticket for you. Thanks, Sam
  • @jefframsey We have an alpha version of a connector for Asana. We would love to have you give it try and provide any feedback about how it works or recommendations on improvements. The Domo Support team can help you get it powered up in your account - send a request to support@domo.com Thanks, Sam
  • @Wardy Not sure I'm totally clear on the issue. Are you saying that it is not pulling data previous to May 2016 (e.g. data from April or March or February)? Or is the issue that you are not seeing current data (e.g. data being generated this month) being added to the dataset?
  • @Wardy the Google Analytics connector only retrieves the past 30 days of information when you initially set it up. Going forward it will append any new data every time it runs, so over time you will build up more than the initial 30 days worth of data.
  • @starry The best path to resolution is to contact Domo Support. You can send an email to support@domo.com with as much detail as possible. Thanks, Sam
  • @ccpincombe We don't have a comptryx.com connector. We do offer our Connector Dev Studio which allows you to build your own connectors, or you could submit a request for one on the Idea Exchange here on Dojo. Thanks, Sam
  • @abaig With Workbench 4.0, you can run external processes (via the "External Processes" plugin). This would allow you to download an XLSB converter, set up the job to call the converter in Workbench, and then import the converted file. Our current Excel connector doesn't support XLSB natively. Thanks, Sam
  • @rado98 One idea. You can create a Google Form and have it save the responses to a Google Sheet. Then set up a DataSet using the Google Sheets connector to bring the data into Domo. Would something like meet your requirement?
  • Here are some additional answers. 5. The publisher is responsible for technical support. 6. At the moment we don't have a way to display that information in a publishers account, but we could manually pull metrics for you. Eventually we will add it to the publisher account. 7. You are welcome to publish connectors for…
  • @stewartbryson There isn't a lot of detail in your question. You might try starting with the documentation in the help center to see if that helps: https://knowledge.domo.com/Connect/Connecting_to_Data_with_Connectors/Configuring_Each_Connector/Amazon_Redshift_Connector If that doesn't work. You can also contact the Domo…
  • @tpeck We don't currently have a connector that will do this. We did release a tool at DomoPalooza this year that you could use to build a connector with though. If you want to look into it all the details are on developer.domo.com. Thanks, Sam
  • @micah913 the NetSuite SuiteAnalytics connector is designed to query your NetSuite database, but it is restricted to information that your user account has access to. Is there any chance that the user you are authenticating the connector with doesn't have access to the financial information? Also, if you want some…
  • @tonyisworking Domo connectors always assume UTC.

  • @micah913 We do have a Netsuite connetor that should allow to you pull financial data. You will need to request access through Support as it is not generally available yet. We would also love any feedback about it as you use it. Thanks, Sam
  • @evasquez As stated, work with Support to get access to our MOAT connector. We would also love your feedback on the connector. It is ready to use as a beta and we are looking for feedback on how it works. Thanks, Sam
  • @kwright Yes we do have a connector for Quickbase. We haven't got it fully through the release process so it isn't generally available yet. If you want early access to it, please make a request through your account rep. Thanks, Sam

  • @ckatzman We currently do not have a connector for Ciscio VOIP data. Do you know what mechanisms they have for extracting data? Is there an API? or do you to have to download a file? Regards, Sam
  • We aren't currently working on an eBay Connector. But would consider it. Can either of you provide some input on what you would like to be able to pull out of eBay. Thanks, Sam
  • Hi, I am catching up on some old posts here on the forum. Sorry it has taken so long to respond. There is one sample below. Adobe has full documentation that includes an API explorer so you can test out your query to make sure it returns the results you are looking…
  • We do have an S3 connector. It isn't in a state where it can be included in our standard list connectors, but should be in the next month or two. If you need it sooner, Domo Support or your account rep can help you get access to it. Thanks, Sam
  • We announced a new developers center at Domopalooza last week which includes the introduction of the Domo API. This will allow you retrieve data from a dataset in Domo to use outside of Domo. You would need some technical skills but should be able to retrieve the data from Domo and then use a Google Sheets API to update…
  • Hi, We actually already have a Workday Connector built. It is still in beta though, so if you would like to get access to please work with your account manager or customer success manager. Thanks, Sam
