Here's the hover text: And here are the hover text settings: As for other chart properties, I have a few to change font size etc, but my date outputs are all for MMM-dd (category scale and hover text) . I have a sort by created date, which is probably unnecessary but I tried to remove it and it didn't change anything.

I've been looking for this too! I'd love to have some color coding around positive and negative changes as well.
