  • Hi @renee12345, I believe changes can be promoted from Sandbox to Prod and that you'll need to create another instance in Repositories for any subsequent changes (i.e. Prod to Sandbox). @G_Woo, hi mate, is what I've noted correct and if not please share what you know.

  • Hi @nkasper, would you mind sharing a screenshot of the bar chart you're seeing? Also, if you haven't already, you should raise a case in Support [support.domo.com] for further investigation in parallel with this thread.
  • Hi @Scott_Leeds01, let us know if you're seeing a particular error when connecting or if it's around finding a particular field/report from Entrata.
  • Hi @WorldWarHulk, I believe the 'Department' field is based on the details when user accounts were created. If you're talking about general access, cards/dashboards shared is better than viewed in your report as there could be a small portion of users with access but haven't viewed yet.
  • Hi @WorldWarHulk, the following steps can provide you with what you need: 1) Bring in 'Activity Log' and 'People' datasets from DomoStats from the Appstore, 2) Combine the datasets to extract the relevant fields together, 3) Apply the filters on the fields 'Object_Type' and 'Action' such that you have 'Card' and 'Page' as…
  • Hi @NathanDorsch, how did you go?
  • @eli_gripp1, good to hear it works. When you get the chance, please mark my latest response as 'Accepted Answer'. Cheers
  • Hi @Newbie23, how did you go?
  • Hi @renee12345, to your point on there being one article [https://domo-support.domo.com/s/article/000005059?language=en_US] only essentially, best to have your / your company's customer success representative from Domo give a good walkthrough of the Sandbox feature. On your question, when you are in Sandbox, you create a…

  • Thanks for the screenshot, the error is coming from the 'Start Date' field being blank. An example of the format to fill in is this: Let me know if the issue still persists
  • Hi @eli_gripp1, are you using the normal connector or advanced? I use the Advanced Connector (just named 'Twitter' in the Appstore) and have not encountered any issues with configuring. I did notice that the ones named 'Twitter Connector' and 'Twitter Connector v2' have not been updated since 2020 and 2021 respectively.…
  • Hi @NathanDorsch, could you clear all the chart properties (including the sort) and then see if the data label defaults to name as it notes when hovering over the setting field: You can then add in '%_Value' along with name after it correctly displays labels
  • And if it's the case that you'd need to have filters applied, then yes using beast mode is recommended but initially posed using magic ETL for the calculation due to better processing/rendering of a dashboard page.

  • Thanks Aditya, I did mean Left Outer Join

  • Hi @Newbie23, thanks for sharing the dataset columns. For dataset A, what you can do is change the format of 'RRDAT' to be a month format through adding a formula tile with a code like: DATE_FORMAT('RRDAT'),'%b %Y') so you get something like 'Jan 2022'. Then you can use the 'Group By' tile to aggregate your measures like…

  • Hi @Newbie23, welcome to Domo and Dojo :) A couple of questions for to then help with next steps: With your two datasets, did you experience an error when combining (essentially want to understand better about what you mean about "was not able to")? Is it necessary to bring in all the fields from both datasets? What's the…

  • Hi @louiswatson, raise it with Support [https://domo-support.domo.com/] so that they can pass this issue on to the relevant team to then perhaps update the way the UK map can better be displayed.
  • Hi @JohnnyN, domo dashboards are smart enough to pick up common filtered values/dates even if they fall in different datasets. To set certain cards and filter relationships, you can go to the filter cards and edit how the interactions occur in the dashboard. To do so, you would: - Click the spanner icon, 'Edit Dashboard',…
  • Hi @RajNadar, the expected result, from the above calculations, won't come as 'beast modes' are calculated on a row basis. With this beast, either there will be values from current month or previous month but won't have both captured. As a result, you'll have a value and NULL per row and also subtracting null from anything…
  • @DavidChurchman you definitely can allocate 'Accepted Answer' to anywhere in the thread as you see fit.
  • Yes! 🙌
  • Add it as an idea if you haven't already!
  • Hi @PankajDG, there's currently no way to add in multiple manual scale markers on a single chart. What is available is using Quantiles, which equally divides the area between your chart's minimum and maximum values (e.g. 5 quantiles = 3 regions closest to average appearing shaded). Unfortunately in breaking the chart into…
  • Hi @Haloupek, I am not sure the feature to hide description from all cards at once is available. Currently, it would need to be set each card at a time. You can raise an idea or reach out to your Customer Success Rep to see what could be done for your situation.
  • Hi @ttronson, are you uploading your SVG image through 'Custom Charts' (i.e. ...admin/companysettings/adminCustomMaps) or through Edit Dashboard -> Image? Normal process is to upload the SVG file through as a chart first and then it can be used: Also, did you get any error messages?
  • Hi @shielmunroe, has Domo Support confirmed that you have correctly configured all the steps for the Ads connector before you're experiencing missing dates? It would be worth having them on a call so you can step through your configuration settings, or ask them to review and run tests. As a separate point, I feel Support…
  • Hi @JomsMasalonga, the character limit for Domo Alert could very likely be 160. Anything above could mean the SMS is split into 2 or more messages.
  • Hi @bennett_for_you, in chart properties, there's an option to input the maximum number of lines
  • Hi @tlammie1806, an option that could get it closer to your desired state is using CONCAT function, to combine data, as well as a RegEx (e.g. /s), to remove any blank/white spaces. Unfortunately, there isn't an equivalent of TEXTJOIN in Domo currently
  • Another example of poor error messaging but what I believe it means is that there needs to be some actions required (e.g. filling in the blanks by calling any of the data column from the input dataset, or updating the format of data columns) in the 'Add formula' tile to make it ready to use in the ETL. @Jmoreno, could you…
