  • Would this work the same for strings please? CASE WHEN `custom_fields_incident_severity` = 'Severity 5 (Non-Critical Alert or False Alert) ' then 'Non Actionable' else 'Actionable' END It returns them all as opposed to any Actionables

  • Thanks JaeW, I need to digest this a bit more as my first reaction was YIKES but will sit down tonight and give it a whirl. Think this one might be beyond my current skill level, but all in good time!
