@MarkSnodgrass agreed! Sorting is a huge pain because it’s manual and requires you to delete and recreate, even the option to click and drag would be great!

Welcome to the Community! What's your favorite Domo chart type?

Hi @user070845, I can't find it explicitly stated in the Domo Documentation, but If the user can view the card, they will get access to the dataset that powers that card. PDP is the way to go when limiting access to the different records in your dataset if this is sensitive data. You may want to consider giving folks that…

@Pellogat any chance you could show an example with your ideal inputs / outputs? Have any of the previous posters answered your question?

Running into this ask quite a bit from multiple Domo customers, I would love to see this feature implemented!

Hi @AE , if you're looking for the API for a specific website, I'd suggest searching for their name and API documentation. For example, I found this one for Railinc API. As Grant mentioned, some APIs may not be public, and if they are private, they may require a fee to be paid to access their API. Once you have the info…

@Casey_Dorman {Domo} Curious on how you might see this working? Awesome idea!
-
Both ideas here, Ability to set expirations to NEVER Notify Group / User when reports expire Would be tremendously useful in making the reports more useful.
-
Flexibility on both of these would be great!
-
I think there is some utility for this but without any sort of column level lineage or traceability it quickly could create dependency chains that would be a nightmare to track down.
-
I agree with some sort of warning / tooltip, but I would want it to be optional depending on Admin settings.
-
I agree that group ownership would be great for Beast Modes.
-
@colemenwilson While I understand the idea of "We have provided you the tools, lumber, and plans, now build your own house" I think what @Casey_Dorman {Domo} is expressing here is the idea of a built in and complete solution that transfers from Instance to Instance, rather than a DIY / built in set of tools in a particular…

Agreed, it's painful to navigate and find Ideas currently to avoid duplication.
-
I was able to get it to show a zero, but the value was 0.0000001 It does seem like this should be a toggle to force show the zero value.
-
Agree, there should be some notification of this to the Dataset owner. It doesn't look like Dataset alerts allow for input column name changes currently.
-
Hello @user045907 is it possible to replace these datasets instead of appending? Depending on the window you are looking to populate, and how you are using it, grabbing a window that is x days historical from today is an option in many connectors, but not all. Which connectors are you using, do they provide a switch for…

Welcome to the community @wpjames001 glad to have you here!

Welcome @JasonPfeiffer glad to see you here!
-
Agree with this, it's the first thing I teach people when I run Domo trainings, it would be nice as an Admin to have a switch to keep it collapsed by default.
-
I would LOVE this! My complications are showing planetary alignment, this weeks weather, and moon phase. I would love to see a single value, face, or radial gauge complication.
-
I think this would be a great feature request!
-
Agreed! It would be awesome if there were card level data classification options. Public, Sensitive, Confidential each corresponding to a different type of statement / watermark.
-
Agree this would be a great asset for change management.
-
Great idea! I think it would be also helpful as part of this feature request to have the ability for multiple fiscal calendars. For example if you had a vendor or operational segment operating on a different fiscal calendar.
-
Welcome Tadd!

@ArborRose Euchre is definitely more of a midwest thing. I was thinking more along the lines of cardgames.io or at an in-person event, but a hack-a-thon to implement this as an app/DDX brick could be extra fun!

Glad to e-meet you again Daniel! Would love to see a Domo Community Trivia contest!
-
Great to have another gamer dad on here @GrantStowell ! Looking forward to great conversations.
